Site blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally featured in this latest photograph release is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and features a notes section labelling distinct areas of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as plans for boat shelters.
Additional images disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
